If you are a dietitian, this could be a piece of advice you give out to your patients who are starting the Low FODMAP diet. 

If you are on the diet, it could be a handy tip that you learnt or has helped you to create tasty breakfast meals.

Top x10 individuals with the best breakfast hack will be contacted directly via Twitter on Wed 29th Apr 2015, 9am AEST. All x10 winners will receive:

1. ONE promotion code for the Monash University Low FODMAP diet app redeemable from the iTunes store only. It will not work for Android users.

This promo code can be used by yourself or be given to someone who you know would need/find this app useful. Please remember everyone: the Low FODMAP diet IS for individuals suffering from IBS. It is NOT a diet for the average normal healthy person to be on. 

2. Will have their Low FODMAP breakfast hack posted/announced on all MonashFODMAP social media platforms



RULES OF ENTRY:
1. One entry per person.

2. The Low FODMAP diet breakfast tip/hack/advice cannot be taken from the Monash Low FODMAP app, blog or from any other Monash affiliated publication. 

3. To confirm whether you have met all entry requirements, we will request you to provide us with certain details.

4. Should the winner not get in contact with Monash FODMAP within 24hours of notification, they automatically agree to be disqualified & another winner will be selected.

5. On entering this Giveaway, you allow Monash University full rights to use your breakfast tip for our internal & commercial purposes. 

6. The winners chosen will be at the discretion of the Department of Gastroenterology, Monash University.

7. If the winner does not use the promo code before the expiry date, Monash FODMAP may/may not be able to provide you with another promo code to use.

8. By entering this Giveaway, you acknowledge that this Low FODMAP diet app is a medical app & is designed for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) sufferers to manage their symptoms. This diet should only be commenced in consultation with a qualified dietitian & is not a diet for the average healthy normal person.
